Refunds & Returns Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days for change of mind returns.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t
offer you a refund or exchange, unless the item is faulty.
To be eligible for a “non-faulty” return", your item must be unused and in
the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging if applicable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
All eligible refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be
applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five
business days.
If you believe you haven’t received a refund after five business days,
first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before
your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a
refund is posted.

notify us within seven business days of purchase/delivery.
If you change your mind, would prefer a different item, or a change in
colour, we will gladly exchange the item, provided item is unused and in

All Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for
returning your item.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a
trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot
guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
